about Stefan Fitzka

Stefan Fitzka is an associate at DSC and works primarily in construction, transport, insurance and customs law. He is also active in the field of corporate law. His work focuses on contract drafting and court proceedings.

During his studies at the University of Vienna, Stefan Fitzka completed a specialization in commercial law. In addition, he gained experience as a legal assistant in several law firms and as a student assistant at the University of Vienna. After completing his diploma studies, he worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna.
